Wanna help with Promotion of A Christianity Worth Believing?

The official release of A Christianity Worth Believing is tomorrow - June 2.
And folks have mentioned to me how much they are enjoying the book and have said that they would like to help with the book in any way. That got me thinking about putting together a little diddy on “how you can help with the book”.
I have put ideas in to two categories: Online and In Person.
In Person:
1. Tell others about the book - Really, there is nothing like the recommendation from a friend in the sale of a book.
2. Use the book in a book Club or Reading Group - If you are not the one who picks the books for groups you are in, you might want to mention it soon to the person who is. This is the time many groups pick titles for the Fall. On a related note, I am willing to call-in, video-in to your groups if you are interested.
3. Buy the book for someone (and then encourage them to do to others as has been done the them ;0)
4. Ask your local store to carry the book -Some stores may not have ordered it. If you mention to them that you are a customer that will mean a lot.
On-Line:
1. Post about it on your blog, facebook, twitter, or any platform you use- and include the link either to my page, or an online retailer. This is important especially because people who don’t like the book or me spend much time on the internet “warning people” about my hopeful message.
2. Spread the promotional videos. They are short and many have found them inspiring and helpful.
3. Make and Amazon, B&N, or ChristianBook.com review - This kind of thing helps potential readers get a feel for the audience of the book. And also give good reviews to other positive reviewers.
4. Do an interview on your site. I would be glad to do an audio or written interview with you
