I picked up your new book at B&N yesterday and have only put it down to eat, sleep, and conduct other necessary functions

WOW!!! It is a gift of affirmation to me. The same questions, issues, ideas, etc. you tackle are the same ones I have been wrestling with since I was a kid – although my thought process has hopefully matured. Although I loved seminary, I often felt like a fish out of water, especially in theology classes. Interesting stuff to study, but none of my friends were asking the questions being addressed in those classes.

Your chapter “The Way You Use It” reflects the same thing I share with my students.

(By the way, the book hit the stores this week so I am trying to get the sales going, so please put up with these kinds of self congratultory posts.
